5H-5批式迴圈穀物乾燥機主要優（特）點The main advantages (special features) of 5H-5 batch type circulating grain dryer:
1）烘乾效率高High drying efficiency
- 採用混流式低溫迴圈乾燥技術。混流式乾燥，有利於穀物均勻受熱，提高烘乾效率。Adopt mixed-flow low-temperature circulation drying technology. Mixed-flow drying is conducive to uniform heating of grains and improving drying efficiency.
- 優化乾燥段通風面積、定制風機風量風壓以及穀流速度等參數，烘乾效率高。Optimize the ventilation area of the drying section, customize the air volume and pressure of the fan, and the valley flow speed and other parameters, so that the drying efficiency is high.
2）烘後穀物品質好The grain quality after drying is good.
- 烘後穀物破碎率增值≤0.3%；爆腰率增值≤1%；整精米率達到國家標準；The grain crushing rate after drying increases by ≤0.3%; the grain burst rate is increased by ≤1%; the whole rice rate reaches the national standard;
- 混流式乾燥原理，穀物與熱風均勻接觸，穀物均勻度好；谷粒成S型向下移動，高低溫交替作用，穀物爆腰率低；The principle of mixed-flow drying, the grains are in uniform contact with the hot air, and the grain uniformity is good; the grains move downward in an S-shape, high and low temperature alternate action, and the grain burst rate is low;
